HS Course Guide & Graduation Plan

The senior class of 2016-2017 is still under the Minimum, Recommended, and Distinguished plans.

The following information only applies to our current freshman, sophomores, and juniors:

Our district requires all students to graduate under the Foundation Plan with at least one endorsement.  The only way a student can graduate Foundation plan without an endorsement is if the student qualifies under IDEA and/or has a special committee approval.

The advantages of graduating with an endorsement is that you are eligible to be accepted into a university (if you meet their requirements and guidelines.)  If you graduate Foundation only, you have to start at a community college before transferring to a university.

Another advantage is that you could be eligible for the Texas Grant and countless other scholarships.
